Terms of service between Totochomp the Live2D Modeler/Rigger, called "Toto", and you, who we will call the "Client"Communication
Client can reach Toto through: VGen/X/Discord (@totochomp), email ([email protected])Rig Assistance
- Toto discloses that they may enlist help from (a) colleague(s) to assist with the rigging process. Even so, the project will still be fully handled by Toto.
- Toto takes full responsibility for the outcome and guarantees that every project will be of good quality.Rig Quality
- Toto guarantees that Client will receive a rigged model that is on par with other rigs of the same Tier.
- The delivered model may have more or less range compared to other rigs due to design and layering limitations.
- The delivered model may have some mistakes due to human error, but they can be corrected upon informing Toto.Post-delivery
- If the client finds mistakes in the rig, they should inform Toto as soon as possible so the errors can be corrected.
- The client is required to credit "@totochomp" as their rigger in their relevant social media "about me".
- Toto reserves the right to display the rig commissioned their portfolio. Withholding showcases is possible, but only for up to one month by default.
Post-delivery, continued
- No reselling of the end products in such a way that the client serves as a middleman for rigging services and takes credit for rigging the model. Otherwise, please ask for permission.
- Revisions stemming from errors/mistakes will be done for free and without limit.
- Each commission gets three revisions as long as they are within reason. Any extra revisions will cost more, depending on how much time it takes.
- Unreasonable revisions include the following but are not limited to: requesting something that costs extra as a free revision, changing the model, or changing a certain aspect that the client previously approved.Cancellations, refunds
- Toto reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders for reasons involving health.
- If Toto decides to cancel the order for other reasons, they will ask Client for permission first. (Refund will be issued for said orders)
- Fully-rigged models cannot be refunded.
- Partial refunds are possible and subject to discussion if Toto has not yet completed the project.Delivery
The model's turnaround time depends on the client's position in the queue.Receivables

Business details contain sensitive data so they are not immediately available to non-clients.
